Andrea

Owner

The Heart Behind Our Center

Andrea is a Delaware native with a deep passion for working with children and helping them grow into confident, capable individuals. With over 15 years of experience in education—including serving within the school district—she brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and hands-on expertise to early childhood development. Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and a Master’s degree in Family Science, equipping her with a strong foundation in understanding child development and family dynamics.

She is a Certified Family Life Educator and is certified in Trauma-Informed Care, allowing her to support children and families with compassion, awareness, and intentional strategies that promote healthy development. Beyond the classroom, Andrea actively engages in community support and mentor’s teen girls, demonstrating her commitment to empowering the next generation at every stage of life.

Andrea believes her life is a testament to where purpose and passion meet to help little people excel. Through H.y.p.e Learning, she is committed to building future leaders by creating meaningful learning experiences that nurture the whole child and inspire excellence beyond limits.
